Bayern raised the Meisterschale in front of a sold-out crowd at the Allianz Arena following a 2-2 draw with relegation-threatened Stuttgart in their final home game of the season.
Muller and German winger Serge Gnabry both scored goals for the victors.
Following the game, the festivities began as the Bavarian club was presented with the league winners’ trophy for the 31st time.
No team has come close to displacing Bayern at the top of German football since Jurgen Klopp led Borussia Dortmund to back-to-back titles in the 2010/11 and 2011/12 seasons, when he was in charge of a team that included Robert Lewandowski, Mats Hummels, and Mario Gotze, all of whom later moved to Bayern.
