The Argentina squad to face Brazilian in the Semi-final of the 2019 COPA America tournament has been predicted.
The Albeceleste of Argentina reached the Semi-final after defeating Venezuela. However, their tournament hasn’t been rosy so far.
They started off with a loss to Colombia and escaped by securing a draw against Paraguay. A win against Qatar ensured they got a spot in the next round where they defeated Venezuela.
With a Semi-final place booked against Brazilian, the Argentine squad will be hoping that their talisman Lionel Messi is on top of his game on the night.
Speaking on Friday about his line-up, manager Scaloni said:
“We made the goal quickly, we settled in. There were 10, 15 minutes that they handled the ball but without complicating us.
“You analyse the game according to what you need, and everyone is there to play.
“That Messi is on the field is an essential contribution for us.”
