Super Eagles Coach, Gernot Rohr has released a 24-man squad list for the AFCON qualifier against Seychelles in September.
Captain Mikel Obi excused himself from the squad, Echiejile misses out of the team while the likes of Kelechi Nwakali, Jamiu Collins, Semi Ajayi and Samuel Kalu gets their first national team invitation.
The first leg is on the 8th of September while the second leg in Nigeria will be played on the 22nd of March 2019
Rohr also confirmed that Salisu Yusuf will not be part of the team after he was involved in a bribery scandal.
