A Brazilian Motocross champion, Erick Bretz has been accused by his girlfriend, Melissa Gentz of beating, kicking and throwing her around his condo apartment because he was mad at the amount of cleavage she showed in a photo she posted on Instagram.
The incident which occurred on September 23 reportedly started when Gentz pushed her partner after he verbally abused her and he got violent in return, hitting her till she got injured.
Gentz, a 22-year-old student of the University of Southern Floria shared images of the horrific injuries she suffered at the hands of her 25-year-old millionaire boyfriend.
After she punched him, he kicked her, wrapped his legs around his throat thereby preventing her from breathing and also pulling off strands of her hair.
According to law enforcement, Bretz had used insomnia medication and had taken approximately four bottles of beer and three quarters of wine.
He was arrested at about 7pm after Gentz went to the hospital and later returned with law enforcement officers. He was met sleeping but also had an injury in his head.
