A Nigerian lady identified as @Coco_Lagos has taken to twitter to share a story of how her cousin lost her 8 months old pregnancy after her husband beat the hell out of her. According to the coco-lagos, her mother gave her a lot of pressure to get married because her cousin was married.
She revealed that her cousin had been going through alot of crisis in her marriage and no one knew. All that mattered was ‘getting married’ , until recently when her husband beat her so much that she lost her eight months old pregnancy.

Idk if this makes me look lyk a bad person, I’m definitely unhappy that she lost her baby can’t imagine how she feels knowing that someone who claimed to love her could hurt her like that, just trying to let people know that they shouldn’t try to measure up with people’s timeline.
I’m actually tired of explaining I DID NOT IN ANYWAY INSINUATE THAT I AM HAPPY SHE LOST HER BABY, I AM NOT TRYING TO MAKE MYSELF FEEL GOOD WITH HER MISFORTUNE. All I’m saying is that people should not get pressurized comparing themselves with other people!!!!”.
