Nigerian sensational singer David Adeleke popularly known as Davido, has caused a stir on social media with his mother’s day post.
A few days after the mother’s day celebration, Davido took to his Twitter page to celebrate all mothers.
However, a Twitter user identified as Emmanuel Jerry slammed the singer for the late post, saying he was depressed on the mother’s day celebration, the reason he failed to celebrate them.
Davido tweeted: Happy Mother’s Day to all mother’s! Y’all are the real heroes.
Emmanuel Jerry wrote: Rest Jor. Mother’s day was yesterday. You didn’t post because you were depressed throughout yesterday.
This generated mixed reactions on social media, as some people defended the singer saying every day is mother’s day.
