Following the criticism on Davido’s last night’s show at 02 Arena London, controversial self acclaimed relationship counselor, Blessing Okoro, AKA Blessing CEO has also fired back defending the music star.
Some people had taken to Twitter to call out Davido for claiming he had a sold out show, they tried to prove their points by showing videos of some empty seats at 02 Arena.
Defending her favourite, Blessing CEO revealed how pained she is that people are always after negativity.
Blessing went further to educate naysayers of the true meaning of Sold Out.
She wrote, ” This one pain me . So I said let me school a lot of illiterate and shallow minded thinking children. SOLD OUT does not mean the whole hall or event center must be filled with people, it means your ticket .Every time you want to do an event , be it birthday party, wedding, concert or any celebration, you will have a number of people you want to make ur money. You either use ticket , or invites to regulate them . Sold out is in your ticket . Na only free things everywhere dey full, mostly church events, or prayer house .. It still baffles me how someone went to count sits while others enjoyed themselves. When I say I don’t do poor and broke men them go dey vex.”
Kemi Filani had reported that in honor of award-winning singer Davido, 02 Arena changes its name to David02 Arena for a night.
The singer made history last night as organizers of the 02 Arena honored him in a grand way after selling tickets to the 20,000 capacity.
The board in charge of the arena changed the name from 02 Arena to The David02. This is to celebrate the return of Davido back to London along with his champion sound.
However, it was only meant for a night.
This is no doubt a great feat for the singer as he continues to break records and make history despite the hatred around him.
