The aggrived Nigerian man known simply as Josh recounted on how he was forced to buy a N10 pencil for N1,500 because he was in Ikoyi axis of Lagos State for a test
According to him, the money those who live in the island part of Lagos has to be different, than the money spent on the mainland
He took to recount on the incident, sharing a photo of the pencil and the receipt on Twitter;
I was really in a hurry today and needed to get a pencil for a test. You people that stay on the island, your money really be different
