Ghanaian dancehall singer, Shatta Wale has revealed that he has gotten himself a Nigerian passport with work permit.
Sharing on Twitter, Shatta Wale declared himself a Naija boy.
“Thank God I just got my Naija passport with work permit Proud Naija boy” – he said.
Meanwhile, Shatta Wale has provided a clue as to why he didn’t perform at the Livespot X Festival which was headlined by US rapper Cardi B in Ghana.
The event which took place at the Accra Sport Stadium had a turn out of crowd which was not encouraging at all.
Many of the Ghanaian top acts scheduled to perform at the event failed to turn up, although technical issues also contributed to the absence of their performance.
A video shared by Shatta Wale sees him saying he cannot perform at an event where the crowd is not up to his standard.
