Gospel singer and happily married father of two, Nathaniel Bassey celebrated his 39th birthday on the 27th of August and he received an unforgettable surprise from the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor E.A Adeboye.
He was surprised with a customized letter from Pastor Adeboye with a birthday message personally hand written by him that reads “Beloved son, Happy glorious birthday. God will accelerate everything about you. He will not take his gifts from you, congratulations, have the best day with lots of love, daddy and mummy G.O”
Nathaniel Bassey shared the letter on his page with the caption “My month opened with a BANG! And I AM SO BLESSED!
And The reason I’m blessed is not just because of money, material possessions, or even a music gift. I am blessed, first because I have JESUS. Saved and born again, filled with His Spirit and abounding with His Grace.
Then, the people He has placed in my life.
When you have a Father and Mother of this stature, you can ONLY succeed in life.
The words spoken over me this morning are worth more to me than a trillion dollars. This has been a landmark birthday.
