It is raining babies this season as Yoruba actress Morayo Oluwaseun Praise, better known as Motiirayo, welcomed her first child.
Taking to her Instagram page to share the good news about her maternity shoot, Motiirayo noted how God told her to talk to him, and He would take over, and she would be called a new name. She said she surrendered all to Him and today, she is in awe of His wonders.

Motiirayo will join the list of celebrities becoming first-time parents this year.

Topping it off, Nigerian singer Reekado Banks and his girlfriend welcomed their first child in the second year of remembrance of his late mother. Taking to his Instagram story, he shared a photo of his beloved mother as he noted how, 2 years after her demise, he was leaving the hospital with his first child.
