Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has penned an appreciation post to her colleague, Adeniyi Johnson, for supporting her upcoming project, Thinline.
Taking to her Instagram page, she stated that everyone needs the father of two in their corner as he is reliable and trustworthy. She appreciated his unwavering support towards her project as she prayed for God to bless him.
Not done, Mercy noted how it’s hard to find people like Johnson, especially in a world where people are selfish, show fake life, lick asses and are very unreliable. She urged her fans to say a word of prayer for him as she prayed for his star to continue to shine.

In her comment section, Adeniyi appreciated Mercy Aigbe’s sweet words as he called her a God’s sent. Expressing love for her, he wrote,

Last year, following the birth of his twins, Adeniyi Johnson had expressed deep appreciation to Mercy. He reminisced about how Mercy was the individual who first recognised his talent, took him under her wing, and helped him flourish in the film industry. He then expressed his gratitude for the monetary gift she had given him, choosing not to disclose the exact amount.
Adeniyi Johnson isn’t the only celebrity who has supported Mercy Aigbe on her new project. Last week, Mercy was in tears over a sweet gesture from her junior colleague, Efe Irele. The mother of two shared photos of the bouquet Efe sent her, congratulating her on the start of her production as she wished her the best of luck. The thoughtful gesture left the movie star in tears as she noted how the little things were what mattered.
Recall that the movie star, who has been in the industry for over a decade, joined the likes of Omoni Oboli, Funke Akindele, Toyin Abraham, and others as she delves into Cinema production. Aigbe debuted her first Cinema movie, Ada Omo Daddy, in December, which Nigerians well received.
The movie star couldn’t keep calm when her movie grossed one hundred and eighty point seven million and became the 3rd highest grossing movie. This was a huge milestone, especially with competition from Funke Akindele and Toyin Abraham.
Her husband, Kazim Adeoti, had expressed pride in her as he reaffirmed his love for her. Celebrating his wife, Adeoti acknowledged her resilience, creativity and vision. He stated how proud he was of the woman his wife is and for taking a stand for herself. He sincerely appreciated her fans, who came out to shower her with love and support to make the milestone achievable.
