Nollywood actress, Ini Edo has gotten many talking with her birthday message to her colleague and alleged lover, IK Ogbonna.
Kemi Filani reported last year that it was alleged that the movie star is in a relationship with IK Ogbonna. Instagram blogger, Cutie Juls alleged that the love birds are in a serious relationship and their relationship isn’t a secret to their colleagues. Ini Edo was among the few celebrities who attended IK Ogbonna’s mother’s burial last year.
In what seems like a confirmation, Ini Edo has taken to her Instagram page to shower love on him as he marks his birthday today.
Calling him king and her love, she praised him for being amazing, kind, sweet, brave, loving, smart, and for having the purest of heart.
She prayed for the Universe to align with him and rained more prayers on him.

Taking to her comment section, IK Ogbonna also expressed love for her as he appreciated her for the birthday message.

Both Ini Edo and IK Ogbonna are both divorcees.
Recall that Ini Edo was once married to Edo businessman, Philip Ehiagwina in 2008, but the marriage hit the rock in 2014. The movie star has since welcomed a child through surrogacy.
Speaking about her crashed marriage, the mother of one revealed that she regretted getting married because it wasn’t the right move to make. However, she is still hoping to get married again whenever she meets the right person.
On why she chose surrogacy, Ini Edo stated that she had several miscarriages which made her give up on having her child herself. Since she didn’t have a husband, she decided on surrogacy since she was in dire need of a child.
IK Ogbonna was together with Sonia Morales, a Colombian beauty, for 5 years and married for 3 years before their official divorce in 2019. They had a son during their union.
His ex-wife has since moved on from him and is engaged to a Nigerian man.
In other news, Ini Edo revealed she is still single at 41 because she wants to be with someone who loves her. Ini made it known that she isn’t looking for too much in a guy, as she is searching for a man who would respect and protect her.
Ini made it clear that it isn’t about having money but about how you can live and manage situations.
