Comedian Bovi has weighed in on Diddy’s recent apology video.
Recall that about a day ago, American singer Diddy had come online to share a video of himself being contrite and apologetic over his actions back in 2016.
In the video, he expressed how he had been at a very dark time and a dark place when these actions had taken place, and how he was extremely sorry for all the hurt and pain that he had caused people.
Recall that earlier last week, a Kemi Filani had reported on the viral video of Diddy physically assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
In this video, we see him dragging her across the hallway while hitting her repeatedly as she tries to escape. Different celebrities have also weighed in on this saga.
Netizens have also taken to the comment section to react to his apology video.
One Amina_Hassan had this to say,
“I’m sure there are dozens more that we’ve seen captured on camera.”
One other netizen known as Damilola23 also revealed how he had not even said sorry to his victim.
One netizen known as ItAprilMay had this to say,
“Any man supporting Diddy, should be checked mentally”.
Now, let us also recall that comedian Bovi back in March of 2024, had humorously called out his wife for being older than him. Sharing a picture of her international driving license, he spoke out about her age, which showed 1949. This would also make her 75 years, which is ridiculous given that she does not look 75.
Also recall that a few weeks back, Kemi Filani had reported that comedian Bovi had lamented about his AMVCA loss.
The comedian who was nominated for the Best Writing TV Series for his work on Via on Arrival ended up losing it to another person. Taking to his Instagram page, he noted how he had bagged 7 nominations since AMVCA. However, he was yet to win any.
Despite this, however, he still stressed on the fact that before the 20th anniversary of AMVCA, he believed that he would have won 10 awards by then. He further congratulated the people who won and noted how they all deserved it.
