Ebuka Obi-Uchendu is one of the best to ever do it when it comes to being a host, and showbiz as a whole. He has single-handedly hosted the BBNaija show for over six years, and he’s exceptional at it.
The fact that Ebuka Obi-Uchendu was chosen as the host for Davido and Chioma’s wedding isn’t surprising because everything about the wedding has been top notch so far.
Starting from their dazzling outfits, down to the caliber of people in attendance, it is clear that Davido and Chioma have taken over the internet by storm through their wedding.
When on-air personality Do2dtun announced that no one should release music because it won’t trend because Davido and Chioma’s wedding would take over, he faced backlash over it. His theory has been proven right as #Chivido24 trend has taken over the internet.
Skit maker Cute Abiola aired his grievances, stating that Davido and Chioma’s wedding has made engagement on his videos low because their wedding is currently the trending topic, and has taken attention away from every other thing.
Despite the exclusivity of the event with an invitation that has been highly coveted, the general populace has been able to get sneak peaks into the wedding, and the intent so far has been amazing.
Davido and Chioma have dazzled fans with their stunning outfits, each representing both their cultures, including his late mother’s Edo ancestry.
The first outfit they wore was a normal Yoruba outfit, with Davido in ‘Agbada’, and Chioma in Aseoke.
On the other hand, their second outfit paid tribute to Davido’s late mother, who was from Edo State.
Lastly, the couple wowed fans in match in matching stylish Igbo attire, with Davido introducing himself in Igbo language, and listing out promises he planned to fulfill to Chioma.
