Social media users are divided over trending photos of crossdresser, Idris Okuneye better known as Bobrisky leaving the court premises with his bags.
Kemi Filani reported hours ago that the crossdresser was sentenced to jail for 6 months without an option of a fine by Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos. The judge stated that his sentencing would serve as a deterrence to others fond of abusing the Naira.
Following his sentencing, the Economic and Financial Crime Commission shared photos of him leaving the court with his bags as he headed to the Ikoyi Correctional Center where he would be spending the next 6 months.
The photos have since caused a stir online as some questioned if he was going to Big Brother’s house with the luggage.

It is no longer news that Bobrisky was arrested by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission over alleged currency mutilation and abuse of the Naira.
During his court hearing, last week, he pleaded guilty to Naira abuse and pleaded with the court and judge to give him another chance.
He promised to make good use of his platform to inform and educate his followers about spraying money as he begged the judge to tamper justice with Mercy. Unfortunately, the judge didn’t excuse his bad behavior and reserved his case till April 9th.
Actor, Yomi Fabiyi showed support for him stating that Bobrisky is in his thoughts and prayers. He stated that his predicament would pass as he admonished her to stay strong.
Iyabo Ojo’s lover, Paulo Okoye had made a passionate appeal to EFCC, as he noted how over 2 million Nigerians including himself are guilty of naira abuse.
Actress, Eniola Ajao, whose event led to his arrest, expressed guilt over his arrest as she pledged her strong support for Bobrisky while begging the EFCC on his behalf.
Also, actress and skincare expert Simi Gold who was once arrested and charged with the same offense showered Bobrisky with love. She urged her pal to stay strong and have faith because he would be coming out strong.
Celebrity stylist, Luminee had sent love and support his way, as she sent heartfelt wishes, assuring him of his crown being intact.
His colleague, James Brown had expressed that he had been unable to sleep and rest well since news broke out that Bobrisky had been arrested. He advised Bobrisky to be strong while expressing that his heart goes out to him.
