Nollywood actor and comedian Ayo Makun has taken movie premiere to another level as he premieres his movie, The Waiter.
The box office King, who took a break from movie making, made his return with the premiere of his much talked about movie, The Waiter, which was held at Livespot Entertarium 4 Oba Elegushi Beach Road, Ikate, Lagos.
Ayo Makun via his Instagram page, shared a video of the lineup of Rolls Royce for his movie premiere.
Taking to his comment section, many hailed him for the big move.

Last month, Ayo Makun, better known as AY, paid a courtesy visit to the Governor of Delta State, Sheriff Orohwedor Oborevwori. Sharing photos of his visit, which also included veteran Richard Mofe Damijo, Ay expressed how honored he was as he revealed that he visited the Governor to endorse his movie, The Waiter.
It’s been a winning year for Ayo Makun, who days back, got recognized as the Box Office King by the National Film and Video Censors Board NFVCB. The actor expressed how incredibly honored he was to receive the recognition as he noted how the journey wouldn’t be possible without the support of his fans, cast and crew, and everyone who believes in his stories.
Amidst his marital drama, in January, the filmmaker bagged an appointment as Creative Goodwill Ambassador for the African Union Sixth Region Global (AU6RG) and Economic Community Africa Sixth Region (ECASR).
He stated that his appointment was to champion the power of creative expression and engage the African youth in finding their creative voice globally.
To celebrate his hard work, in April, the comedian splashed millions on a brand new car, a Range Rover from J Bautos Machines.
In an Instagram post, he revealed how counting his blessings has helped him avoid becoming unhappy about the bad things. The comedian said it had helped him to be grateful for the good things in his life, to avoid becoming too unhappy about the bad things, and more.
