As the world marks the children’s day celebration, Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham has offered prayers for women crying in desperation for the fruit of the womb.
Taking to her Instagram page, the actress shared an image of someone with a teary eye having an embryo inside the tears, which signifies a woman looking forward to having a child.
Captioning the post, the actress assured women in this category that as the world celebrates children’s day today, they will laugh very soon.
The post reads: As the world celebrates Children’s day today, may the Lord remember all women who cry in desperation for the fruit of the womb. Amen!!! You will laugh soon.
Kemifilani earlier reported that Toyin, in a post shared on Instagram to commemorate the children’s day, said she is grateful for the blissful experiences of motherhood whenever she looks at her children daily.
The actress prayed that the joy of every mother would continue to increase and overflow as they celebrate their children today.
Toyin adds that God will continue to protect and uphold children worldwide, and they will be greater than their parents in all ramifications.
Sharing photos of her son and step-daughter, the actress wrote: If there’s one thing I have realised, it is how much joy, light and love children bring into our lives and the world. So every day I look at my kids, I am beyond grateful for the blissful experience that is motherhood and it is my prayer that as we celebrate this year’s children’s day, may our joy continue to increase and overflow.
