Legendary singer, Innocent Idibia better known as 2baba or 2face, has reacted to a comparison between his wife, Annie Idibia, and singer, Tiwa Savãge.
The movie star had shared photos on her Instagram page as she announced her return to Nigeria after days overseas. In her caption, Annie stated that she is living her soft life nicely and quietly.

In the collage of photos she shared was a screenshot of a fan comparing her to Tiwa Savãge. The fan identified as Chikwado questioned why she was giving Tiwa Saváge’s vibe as the fan expressed love for her.
“Mummy why are you giving @tiwasavage vibe. Love you too much ma”.
Taking to her comment section, 2baba tackled the fan as he stated that Tiwa Savãge isn’t as beautiful as his woman.
“Abegi, she no even fine reach my baby sef”.
On Valentine’s Day, Annie Macaulay Idibia penned a love note to her husband, 2baba for their 12th proposal anniversary.
The businesswoman and actress noted how 12 years ago her husband proposed to her. Since then, Valentine’s Day has become their anniversary.
She revealed that despite they had disagreement before their anniversary, and she admitted she is stubborn, she loves the way he loves her amidst their fights. She admitted that sometimes she misses it when they fight and would intentionally do something to annoy me.
The mother of two had previously shared an adorable video of her husband, 2baba struggling to learn her language.
She revealed that they had been missing each other’s phone calls due to their tight schedules, but her husband found another means to get through to her.
Sharing a video of him singing in her language, she expressed happiness at the extra mile he goes to make sure he learns her language.
Last year, Annie reflected on her highly publicized marital drama in 2021, where she accused Pero Adeniyi of still sleeping with 2baba, and it almost ended in divorce.
Annie stated that she doesn’t know how she survived that scandal, but credited it to Grace.
Refreshing your memory, Annie had not only dragged her husband and his baby mama, she had accused his family of not loving and caring about her since their marriage.
She further claimed that 2baba spent nights under the same roof with his children’s mother, Pero Adeniyi, when he was visiting their kids. Slamming her brother-in-law, Hyacinth Idibia, Annie name-dropped some of 2baba’a friends and manager in her rants. Defending his brother, Charles Idibia slammed her for ranting because she didn’t get her way. He went on to expose the actress and the two clashed on social media with Annie Idibia taking down the ‘Idibia’ surname.
However, the couple was able to settle their differences and last year, 2baba denounced his role model title after tendering a public apology to her.
He made it clear that he wasn’t looking for sympathy while admitting that he has been a shitty father, husband, and baby daddy and he has no excuses for that.
