Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has been accused of flogging a man who failed to deliver food for his dogs.
The man with the allegation identified as Obajimi Wakeel revealed that the reason incident occurred in 2008 when he met the former Minister.
He also revealed that Femi Fani-Kayode told his security guards to shoot him if he tries to escape.

This comes after a viral video showed Femi Fani-Kayode slamming a journalist with claims that he asked him a stupid question.
The journalist had asked the former Minister to State who has been bankrolling his tour of Southeast and South South states.
In anger, Femi Fani-Kayode slammed him and called him stupid.
He has now apologized for his choice of words after several backlash from Nigerians.
